Description

The Kupper Zehn is super lightweight and has a clean functional design for it to be a reliable tool. An emphasis has been made to make the haptical interaction whit the camera a exceptional experiance while being functional. The camera offers many haptic zeroing design solution as well as many visual zeroing. There are six integrated bubbles level that are mirrored to have control whatever the situation. It allows for a fast, intuitive and precise photographic process.

The base plate
features both 3/8" and 1/4" threads, quick release plates can be mounted.

The rear standard

can be easily switched between portrait and landscape orientation. It uses a traditional mechanism that is safe and intuitive to operate. The focusing screen plane features an innovative tension-release mechanism that makes inserting film holders effortless. Film holders can be inserted without manipulating the release, or for the smoothest operation, both front and rear release mechanisms can be engaged.

The guide arms move mechanically in parallel at the front of the camera, while at the rear they move freely to allow tilt functionality. Four mirrored spirit levels provide optimal visibility from both sides. The two tension knobs can be mounted at three points on each side, allowing a wide range of individual configuration options.

The frontstandart
features an extra-large base, making it very stable and easy to handle. It also functions as a spacer for the folded camera. Centering and tilt-zero adjustments can be precisely controlled by feel. The lens board also includes a tilt-zero setting that can be checked haptically and is equipped with two spirit levels on each side.
The focusing board is fixed with two locking knobs that can each be positioned in three different locations. The locking knobs use large PTFE washers, ensuring the base plate does not shift during tightening. This allows fast and highly precise focusing, while the hand position can be chosen individually.

The bellows
are manufactured using a proprietary process. They are lightweight yet strong, made from a Dyneema-reinforced composite for maximum durability, and lined internally with a luxurious, ultra-black material that minimizes internal reflections for maximum image quality.
